Mr. Pajak has 27 years experience in Family and Supreme Court. He is a former Child Protective Services attorney and former President of he Social Services Attorneys Association of New York State. He has prosecuted and defended hundreds of divorce, child custody, child abuse, child support, spousal support, family offense, juvenile delinquency and PINS cases. Mr. Pajak has lectured on family law, trial and appellate issues throughout New York State for the ABA, NYPWA, ECBA NYS Public Defenders’s Association and the Appellate Division, Fourth Department.
