Flat rates quoted, depending upon complexity (usually, $3,000.00 - $6,000.00).

$500.00 initial appearance, $350.00 each additional appearance,

$500.00 for each one-half day of trial

Fees starting at $1,500.00, depending upon complexity

(including DWI, DWAI, possession, underage drinking, shoplifting)

$500.00 initial appearance, $350.00 each additional appearance,

$500.00 for each one-half day of trial (non-jury).

Simple Wills/Mirror Wills

$150.00 (includes Health Care Proxy and Power of Attorney).

The foregoing fees are exclusive of any costs associated with the case.

By law, the client must remain responsible for any such costs.
